About myself: I go out clubbing every weekend with friends, have a stable job, and live on my own.<\/p>\n
The dream I have been having recently is a little bit scary. I have been asleep, and consciously I know I want to wake up out of this dream, but I can\u2019t. I feel myself shouting and moving my arms and legs around to try to wake up, but still nothing happens.<\/p>\n
I sometimes start to fall when doing this, and because I know I am trying to wake myself up, I feel like I am never going to stop falling and that I am going to die. I can feel my eyes slightly opening, but I can never fully open them. When I do eventually wake up, I am too scared to go back to sleep.<\/p>\n
