I love to dream, but I have this recurring dream that happens right when I am about to wake up. My dream is that I am conscious and I am too heavy or tired to move. I am aware that I am waking up, but I can\u2019t wake up because I can\u2019t move.<\/p>\n
When I try really hard to move I finally wake up out of the dream. If I don\u2019t consciously wake myself up all the way and move into a new sleeping position I fall back into the same dream. How can I change this dream or deal with it better? (I have been having this dream for at least 6 years.)<\/p>\n
