I am fascinated by your research and subject since I am constantly plagued with extremely lucid dreams. When my husband and I were first married I scared the heck out of him with my \u201cblood curdling scream.\u201d I do this often while sleeping and do not realize it. I also have a strange habit of having an audible conversation while in a deep sleep. I also seem to have recurring dreams about former boyfriends and male friends.<\/p>\n
I am particularly interested if there is any meaning to this behavior. I have a typical dysfunctional family history but consider myself quite content in my life at this time. Any comments?<\/p>\n
Also, I find that I am continually feeling emotionally run down and tired.I often feel that I haven\u2019t gotten enough sleep when I actually got 7 or 8 hours of rest.<\/p>\n
