I hope you can help me. I am a very vivid dreamer, and when I am having a very bad dream, either scary or very strange, I can wake myself out of it by saying, “WAKE UP! WAKE UP! YOU ARE ONLY DREAMING!” And I wake myself up, still saying that.<\/p>\n
I am not complaining; I think it is very cool. But no one can help me understand this, or tell me if there are a lot of other people that can do this. My dreams are always in color, and I have been able to do this for quite some time. I am a 36-year-old female.<\/p>\n
